Anti-Aging Tips for all Ages

I have been in the beauty and skincare industry for over 13 years as an esthetician and makeup artist. Here are my tips for how to protect your skin at all ages.
What does an Anti-aging skincare routine look like?
Sun Protection
The most valuable solution is to stay out of the Sun. The Sun is the #1 thing that damages our skin. (And the damage doesn’t show up for 5-10 years after the damage has been done!)If you cannot stay out of the Sun, hats, sunglasses, and clothing that is UV protected is the next best thing, with a sunblock of 50.

In your 20s, Prevention is Key.
Beginning in your twenties, some simple things affect how you look today and how you will look in your future. Stay out of the Sun, use sunscreen, start using quality skincare, and get skin treatments.Skin starts showing aging in your 30s
In your 30s, you might start showing irregular pigmentation or broken blood vessels. This is especially true if you have a hectic life or spend long hours in the Sun. This is where going to a cosmetic derm for anti-aging treatments will really benefit. Maintaining the quality of the skin with quality skincare is also vital.Your 40’s are a time for cosmetic treatments.
